OnePlus gehört zu den wenigen Herstellern, die ihre Smartphones ziemlich schnell mit Updates versorgen – zumindest jeweils die aktuelle Generation. Auch beim Major-Update auf Android 10 enttäuscht der chinesische Hersteller nicht und verteilt ab sofort das Update auf Android 10 bzw. OxygenOS 10.0 für die (noch) aktuellen Flaggschiff-Smartphones OnePlus 7 und OnePlus 7 Pro.
OnePlus betont aber im offiziellen Forum, dass das Update wie gewohnt schrittweise verteilt wird. Zudem soll zu Beginn nur eine eher kleine Anzahl an Smartphones mit dem Update versorgt werden. Erst nach und nach wird die Anzahl kontinuierlich erhöht. Damit möchte man nochmals von der Community wertvolles Feedback erhalten, bis es dann an die grosse Masse raus geht.
