Wer mich nach einem guten und inzwischen durchaus preiswerten Over-Ear-Kopfhörer mit Noise Cancelling fragt, der kriegt von mir immer dieselbe Antwort: Sony WH-1000XM3. Ich habe mir die Bluetooth-Kopfhörer unmittelbar nach der Präsentation gekauft und bin nach wie vor sehr begeistert von ihnen. Nach fast zwei Jahren ist es jetzt jedoch Zeit für den Nachfolger.
Über den Sony WH-1000XM4 haben wir hier schon mehrmals geschrieben und wir hatten sogar schon ein erstes Produktbild gesehen. Ändern tut sich aus optischer Sicht nicht wirklich viel, die Neuerungen sind eher unter der Haube zu suchen. Bei Walmart ist jetzt etwas verfrüht schon mal eine Produktbeschreibung online gegangen, die uns diese Neuerungen näher bringt.
Die Produktbeschreibung bei Walmart deutet auf einen baldigen Marktstart hin – zumindest in den USA. Vielleicht wird sie der japanische Hersteller etwas überraschend sogar noch in diesem Monat vorstellen und hoffentlich kurz darauf auf den Markt bringen. Bisher rechnete ich eher mit einer Präsentation im Rahmen der IFA 2020 im September.
